The Best Springsteen Concert I have Attended
It is Easter Holidays so I feel a Bruce article coming on!
I am blaming Paul Combs for this. He recently wrote a wonderful article below on the last time he saw Springsteen and got all the hearts of Boss freaks fluttering and fired up at the prospect that the E Street Band may shortly announce a new tour.
Well, you have got me started Paul! However, rather than writing about the last time I saw him, which was in 2016, I thought I would look back at what I consider to be the best of my 18 times so far.
It is so difficult to pick the best Springsteen concert. They are not only so fantastic but unique. Back in 2008, I went to see him two nights running. I looked back at the setlists for those two nights. I keep these documented for each Springsteen concert I attend. I hear people groan at the very thought! I counted over 30 songs that were different across the two nights. Over 30 songs! Most bands will keep to the same setlist for the whole tour. The Boss rules!
