Great article. I think this is the problem with a lot of series in that they go on too long. Perhaps why Ricky Gervais only did 12 episodes of the UK version plus 2 specials to end the story. which remains a classic for most. I enjoyed the first few seasons of the US version but must confess to not watching any further.
