All right, Sir Paul Combs knight of the Dillon Empire I am ready for my close-up and to take on your mighty challenge of naming my favourite movie for every year of my age.

As I started making my list, I was shocked as to how many great films I would have to leave out. The horror, the horror! I also tried to set a rule of not copying Paul Combs, Simon Dillon and Eric Pierce. However, as their tastes in films seem very akin to mine, I thought well here’s another fine mess you’ve gotten me into!

Luckily the only advantage I have on Simon, Paul and Eric is age, so I have free range in the early days. As we move to their birth years it got so tricky that at one point, I started looking in the mirror and screaming you talking to me? Luckily the generous Dillon Empire graciously made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and allowed me to nominate the same film as theirs if the needs arises.

Just to reiterate these are purely personal choices and may not always be regarded as the best. As some of these films appear in one of my earlier articles here, I am going to keep the chit-chat down to avoid repetition and suppress the boredom.
