15 Coolish Songs About Transport
Pop Writing Prompt
Just when you think you are on your summer holidays from writing prompts, another one comes along and bites you in the bum. I would have got away with not doing another prompt in August if it hadn’t been for that pesky “Usual Culprit” Pierce McIntyre as Alex Markham brilliantly christened him in his great article below. If you read Alex’s comments about writers, I am definitely a Panster! Not only was it the “Usual Culprit” who started this but his devious assistant Paul Combs tagged in a few of us. I thought I would extend mine to fifteen songs with a different method of transport for each song. The mode of transport has to be in the title. Not very original I admit and some of these songs may not be so cool, but I will let you be the judge of that.
1. The Horse
A trusted equine friend that carried our western heroes across the plains so what better than this great song from the Rolling Stones from their 1971 album Sticky Fingers.
